"Mr. Shook Shake" Ken Davis "I was dubbed with title 'Mr Shook Shake' as the result of the "garage studio" recording on the Starlight label. It was reissued by Badger Records in 1959, and again on the Milwaukee-based Mean Mountain label in 1981. That same recording went on to be included on numerous compilation albums and CDs around the world during the last five decades. In addition, my other recordings, "Gone Again," "Rockin' by Our Lonesome," "Cutie Pie," and the ballad "Oh So Blue," have also appeared on several compilations. This CD consists of personal favorites recorded in 1958-1960, and the Miracle Sound Recording Studio session in 1998.
